Toprock is the standing form of breaking usually used to set up for more complex sets of moves. Footwork is the most commonly used groundwork and it can range from very simple steps to complex and intricate moves. Freezes are the signature stalls or poses in breaking. Balance and coordination is trained for freezes. Power is the more flashy aspects of breakdancing. This involves the spins and rotations that breakers do on their back and such.
